HIRE Days: 3 days minimum hire except for Christmas/Easter (Mid December to Mid January and incorporating Good Friday to Easter Monday Minimum hire 7 days.)

WHAT DOES THE BOOKING FEE COVER?
The Camplify booking fee covers important things like insurance, nationwide roadside assistance, 24 hour customer helpline, emergency accommodation protection, third party management of bond and transaction fees. The booking fee is not negotiable and does not cover cleaning on the van or toilet upon return.
The caravan is comprehensively insured and is NOT permitted for any off-road use. Please note that our policy does not cover accidental underbody damage caused from off-road use. The minimum age to tow the caravan is 25, with the standard liability (excess) being at $1500 (equal to the bond). You may contact Camplify regarding an option to reduce this liability if you wish.
DELIVERY / SET-UP OPTION:
We offer deliveries up to 300kms. The charge for this service is $2 per Km each way. The delivery distance is calculated for drop off and collection. I.e. If the delivery destination is 50kms then the charge would be $200. We will then set up the van for you to arrive and enjoy for an additional $150 including all hose and power connections, levelled and stabilised and awning set up ready for you. This will be discussed with you at the time of the booking enquiry. Minimum delivery charge is $100 (25Kms and under) If you choose the delivery option, the van must be set up by the Ezyhire Staff at cost to you.
CONTENTS OF VAN:
Gas, Table, Chairs, Plates, Cups, Cultery, Cooking Utensiles, Paper Towel, Tea Towels, Bath Mat, Cleaning Kit, Toilet Paper, Toilet Chemicals
All vans have heating/AirCon*, Microwave*, Fridge^ - Gas or Electric, Awnings with tie downs, Ground Mat, Solar Panels, 1 or 2 Water Tank(s)#, Gas/Electric Hot Water
*These will only work if connected to 240 Mains Power
^Fridge operation is on 240 mains Power and Gas - some vans do have anderson plug connections for fridge use whilst travelling.
#Water tank size is dependable on the van
COLLECTION OF THE CARAVAN:
You will be contacted to make arrangements for your collection time once you have paid your deposit closer to the time of your booking. At the time of collection, arrangements will be made for the caravan to be returned.

No smoking or pets permitted in the van
Please return clean and tidy including BBQ (if hired) and Toilet emptied. Cleaning charges apply, if not satisfactorily cleaned prior to returning the caravan.
Additional charges if van (inside and out) returned abnormally dirty, toilet not cleaned and emptied or smoking inside or pet has been detected. Minimum charge for this additional cleaning is $250
Provided with pillows and protectors and mattress protectors for each bed. You will be responsible for supply of your own linens and towels unless you have requested the linen and/or towel package. Linen package includes sheets and pillowcases and a light weight doona and cover or blanket per standard bed, Towel package includes 1 towel, 1 hand towel and 1 face washer per guest.
If pets or smoking has been detected in the van, the van has not been cleaned, or the Toilet Emptied, an additional cleaning fee of $250 will be charged per item.
If the BBQ hired is returned not cleaned, an additional $25 will be charged for cleaning of the BBQ
If the outside of the van is returned with an excess of road grime, dirt or bugs, an cleaning charge of $250 will be charged for cleaning the outside of the van.
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
